Shifting Sands: Peach, a foeder aged sour golden ale with peaches, is available in bottles this Friday, December 22 at the brewery. More than 500 kilograms of fresh peaches were added to the oak foeder used for fermenting and aging Shifting Sands: Peach. The batch was then left to mature for three months, with the intention of drying out the initial sweetness added by the fruit.
